  • Booking and Intake Information: Scheduling details, answers to intake questions, and goals for your sessions submitted via Microsoft Bookings.
  • Payment Data: All transactions are processed securely by our third-party processor, Stripe. We do not store, collect, or have access to your raw credit card numbers. Stripe's processing of your data is governed by their own privacy policy.
  • Technical and Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and pages visited, collected automatically by our hosting platform, Netlify, for server logging and security.

3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

We process your personal data under the following legal bases:

  • Consent: When you voluntarily submit forms, opt-in to newsletters, or accept cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time.
  • Performance of a Contract: When processing is necessary to schedule, confirm, and conduct paid sessions or program checkouts.
  • Legitimate Interests: To secure and monitor our website, analyze traffic trends, and improve our services.

4. Third-Party Data Processors

We do not sell, trade, or lease your personal information. We only share necessary data with trusted service providers to execute the services you request:

  • Microsoft 365 / Microsoft Bookings: Used to manage appointment scheduling, calendar invites, and customer communication.
  • Stripe: Used to process all checkout payments securely.
  • Zoom: Used to host video conferencing sessions and online group meetings.
  • Netlify: Used for hosting the website infrastructure and secure contact form caching.

5. Data Security & International Transfers

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard your data. Please note that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including the United States, where our third-party processors are hosted. These transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses or equivalent adequacy frameworks.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including satisfying any legal, accounting, or administrative reporting requirements. Roster and registration lists are stored securely in Netlify Blobs.
